It is customary that a deposit of 50% is made for an escort booking. If you need to cancel for any reason, the following will apply:
Cancellations
By booking a date you have entered a legally binding contract:
- You have requested a service - a prescribed amount of time of one of our luxury companions.
- We have agreed to arrange the time of said luxury companion at your specified location, date and time.
If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of the requested date, no refund will be given. Time is a luxury companion's most precious commodity. We therefore take bookings, preparation for them and cancellations seriously.
Cancellation for Urgent Cause
We understand and respect that we all have last minute problems and emergencies. Our cancellation policy applies to any force majeure situation as well. Exclusively at our choice, we may agree to a rescheduling of your date without financial penalty.
Refunds
If you have made the customary 50% deposit, and are cancelling within the acceptable time window, you will receive a refund minus any travel arrangements which were made for your specific date.

Travel Costs
Flights
If you booked a luxury companion to fly to you, we made flight arrangements after receiving your 50% deposit. The flight arrangements are not made last minute, so we can guarantee that your companion will be on time for your date. Airlines tickets are typically not refundable, unless a refundable premium ticket was purchased. Therefore, these travel costs are not refundable if you cancel or move your date.
Hotels
If we booked a hotel for you, the cancellation policy of the respective hotel will apply. In our experience many hotels will not give a refund upon a cancellation. We understand that you may disagree. To limit your exposure, we suggest you make your own hotel room reservations.
Restaurants
Many restaurants in Cape Town require a booking and deposit via Dineplan.com. These deposits are not refundable.
Events
If you requested tickets for an event, show or festival these are non refundable.
Credit Card Payments
If you made a deposit by credit card, we will have paid a credit card processing fee. If you are issued a refund, a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted.
Refunds are typically made by wire transfer, within 7 days. No cash payouts will be made whatsoever.
