Discretion is our primary concern. This policy explains what personal information ESCORTS CAPE TOWN (PTY) LTD collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and who can see it. It applies to this website and to enquiries, bookings and applications made by phone, WhatsApp or email.

You do not have to give us your real name to make an enquiry. We ask only for what we need to arrange a booking safely.
Information in applications
An application includes information that the law treats as especially sensitive, such as your race and your photographs. We process it only with your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your application.
Applications are seen only by the people who assess them. We do not publish, share or reuse the photographs or details of anyone who has not joined our agency.
Google Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (their names begin with _ga) and sends information about your visit, including your IP address, to Google. Google may store that information on servers outside South Africa.
We do not send Google your name, phone number, booking details or application. We do not use Google's advertising features.
You can prevent this at any time by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing Google's opt-out add-on. The website works without these cookies. Google explains its own use of information in its privacy policy.
We use no other tracking, advertising or social media cookies.
Who sees your information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not give it to any third party except in the cases listed here.
- Google receives website visit statistics, as described above.
- The companion you book does not get personal information other than your first name. The drivers (security) receive only what they need to keep the appointment: a first name, the time and the place.
- Companies that carry or store information for us, such as our website host and email provider, handle it only on our instructions and may not use it for anything else.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us that way, handles your messages under its own privacy policy. You can call or email us if you prefer.
- Our card payment provider receives your card details if you choose to pay by card. Paying in cash involves no third party.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, for example under a court order, subpoena or search warrant. In that case we disclose only what the law requires.
We do not publish information about our clients.
How we protect it
Access to personal information is limited to the staff who need it. This website is served over an encrypted connection. If your information is ever accessed by someone who should not have it, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask whether we hold information about you, and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to our use of your information;
- withdraw any consent you have given.
To use any of these rights, email info@escortscapetown.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not give your information to someone else. We will keep information only where the law requires us to.

This website and our services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
